The National Quantum Computing Centre welcomes today’s announcement made by the Prime Minister and Minister of State for Science, Research, Technology & Innovation launching the government’s plan to cement the UK’s place as a science and technology superpower by 2030, alongside a raft of new measures backed by over £370 million to boost investment in innovation.
Importantly, the plan includes a £250 million investment for technology missions in quantum, artificial intelligence and engineering biology.
